" Dr. Kyana Hall-Toney saved our marriage. Before starting marriage counseling, my husband and I barely spoke, and when we did, we were not "hearing " each other . It seemed like every conversation turned into an argument, and all of our feelings were misdirected. Dr. Kyana taught us how to listen to each other and validate each other's feelings. Dr. Kyana taught us how to communicate effectively, and we created a connection that was lost somewhere between putting work, children, and life circumstances before making sure our relationship was strong enough to work together. Thank you, Dr. Kyana for teaching us how to use our emotions in a positive way to understand each other more and create an environment that is loving and healthy for our entire family. ."

Client 2 Review

" I found Dr. Kyana, after suffering from depression silently for years. I would make it through the days not feeling good about life or myself after being in an abusive relationship. Dr. Kyana helped me with positive affirmations and taught me how to love myself despite feeling constantly rejected. Dr. Kyana constantly reminded me that I was not alone and often checked in with me for my mental well-being. After speaking with Dr. Kyana, I stopped blaming myself for failed relationships and held other's accountable for their own actions. When I first started my sessions, I did a lot of crying, and I thought therapy was not easy, but after having breakthroughs, we now have sessions that are sometimes filled with laughter. Dr. Kyana taught me how to cope with any situation using different methods and exercises. We set goals and I reach them. I continue to set goals so I can continue to work with Dr. Kyana . Thank you for your services. "
